Let’s take an overview of cold press oil
Generally, cold press oil is extracted from nuts, fruits, and seeds of a plant by pressing them with a modern steel press method. The cold press method is different from a heated pressing method. Because extracting oil from the cold-pressing technique is done under the low heating temperature, on the contrary, the heated pressing process is gone through high heating temperatures that can compromise the quality of natural oils. Although, cold press oil does not lose the quality of the oil due to low temperature.
In making process, nuts or seeds are mixed well into a paste. After this paste is further mixed to make a thick and smooth mixture to get out the oil from it. Cold press is not only mechanically operated but also manually. Further, I am going to discuss here some amazing health and skincare benefits of cold press oil.

Hence, overheating can lose the quality of the oil.
